LOCATION - Lat 41°29'32", long 71°37'43" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Washington County, RI, Hydrologic Unit 01090005, Located approximately 40 ft south of Route 138 and 0.62 mi west of Heaton Orchard Road in Richmond.
REVISIONS HISTORY - Field measurements reported in North American Vertical Datum of 1988 and National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 were revised on October 22, 2024 to reflect update to land-surface datum elevation.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 40 ft. Upper casing diameter 8 in; top of first opening 37 ft, bottom of last opening 40 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 114.9 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: floor of recorder shelter, 0.6 ft above land-surface datum, Dec. 22, 1975 to Aug. 2, 2005; floor of recorder shelter, 0.59 ft above land-surface datum, Aug. 1, 2005 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - December 1975 to current year.
GAGE - Digital recorder, June 1988 to current year, continuous graphic recorder, December 1975 to May 1988.  Land-surface datum of gage is 114.9 ft above NAVD of 1988.
COOPERATION - Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management, Rhode Island Water Resources Board.
REMARKS - Records are good. Periods of missing record are not estimated. Water levels are affected by Beaver River.
