LOCATION - Lat 41°27'08.2", long 76°15'01.9" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Wyoming County, PA, Hydrologic Unit 02050206, at State Game Lands 66 and 5 miles east of Lopez.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 115 ft. Upper casing diameter 2.5 in; top of first opening 95 ft, bottom of last opening 105 ft.  
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,972 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of PVC casing, 3.0 ft above land-surface datum, Apr. 13, 2017 to present.  
PERIOD OF RECORD - June 6, 2017 to present.
GAGE - Data collection platform with 15-minute recording interval. Satellite telemetry at station.
COOPERATION - Site maintained in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S Geological Survey.
REMARKS - Daily maximum, daily minimum, and daily mean water levels are available for this well for the period of record.
