- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 40°58'30.7", long 72°33'13.9" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Suffolk County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 02030202, at north side of Main Road (State Route 25), east side of access road to Laurel Lake, Mattituck.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 45 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 35 ft, bottom of last opening 45 ft. Datum of gage is NGVD of 1929.
PERIOD OF RECORD - June 2000 to current year.
GAGE - Water-level recorder installed September 2004; 15-minute recording interval. Periodic manual measurements made by USGS personnel.
REMARKS - Replaced well S6558.1 in June 2000 near same location. Satellite water-level telemeter at station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level recorded, 9.29 ft above NGVD 29, April 6, 7, 2010; lowest recorded, 1.13 ft above NGVD 29, October 6, 7, 2005.
