- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 39°47'55.0", long 78°13'50.1" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Fulton County, PA, Hydrologic Unit 02070004, State Game Land no. 128 at Deneen Gap.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 122 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 18 ft, bottom of last opening 122 ft. Drilled observation well, cased to 18 ft, open hole.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 737 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: top of plywood shelf, 3.3 ft above land-surface datum, Jul. 2, 2001 to present. Elevation of land surface is from Lidar.
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 2001 to current year.
GAGE - Data collection platform with 15-minute recording interval since April 2023; prior, 60-minute recording interval. Satellite telemetry at station.
COOPERATION - Site maintained in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Geological Survey.
REMARKS - Daily mean water levels are available for this well for the period of record. For some years, daily minimum and daily maximum water levels may also be available from the USGS Pennsylvania Water Science Center Office.
