GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 395 ft. Upper casing diameter 4.5 in; top of first opening 355 ft, bottom of last opening 395 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 16 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: TOP OF RECORDER SHELF, 3.24 ft above land-surface datum, Jun. 19, 2012 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 2012 to current year.
GAGE - Electronic data logger, 15 minute record interval. Reorded water levels are only reported to the nearest 0.1 ft due to occasional pumping for samples.
COOPERATION - Records provided by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality - Water Division.
REMARKS - Well is located in Yorktown-Eastover aquifer of Miocene-Pliocene age.
