LOCATION - Lat 34°27'18", long 87°28'56" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NW 1/4 NE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.9, T.7 S., R.9 W., Lawrence County, AL, Hydrologic Unit 06030005, 0.2 mi south of Mt. Hope.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 40.4 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening undefined, bottom of last opening undefined.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 650 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: TOP OF CASING, 0.00 ft above land-surface datum, Dec. 9, 1976 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - September 1960 to February 1975 (periodic only), July 1976 to September 1983, August 2006 to current year.
GAGE - Data Collection Platform with 30 minute recording interval, and periodic tape downs by USGS personnel.
