LOCATION - Lat 27°21'27.0", long 82°32'39.4" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 NW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.18, T.36 S., R.18 E., Sarasota County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03100201, 200 ft north of 23rd Street, 0.5 mi east of Coconut Street, and 1.6 mi northwest of Sarasota.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 570 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 45 ft, bottom of last opening 570 ft. Drilled, observation, artesian well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 9.37 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 and 8.26 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of valve, 12.47 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, May. 1, 1985 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1987 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder--15-minute interval.
COOPERATION - This gage is monitored in cooperation with the City of Sarasota.
