LOCATION - Lat 26°58'12.9", long 80°05'37.9" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 NE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.25, T.40 S., R.42 E., Palm Beach County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090202, near intersection of Old Dixie Highway and County Line Road in Tequesta, and 0.1 mi west of U.S. Highway 1.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 21.9 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 21.9 ft, bottom of last opening 21.9 ft. Open-end well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 14.5 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of base, 17.26 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Jul. 2, 1999 to present. Land-surface datum is 13.03 feet above North American Vertical Datum of 1988.
PERIOD OF RECORD - April 1970 to current year.
GAGE - Satellite data collection platform.
COOPERATION - South Florida Water Management District.
REMARKS - Station reconstructed July 1999, after site was hit by a car. Records of water levels prior to October 1973 are available in files of the U.S. Geological Survey.
