LOCATION - Lat 26°43'59", long 81°42'45" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE 1/4 SE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.16, T.43 S., R.26 E., Lee County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090205, at northwest corner of State Road 78 and North Olga Drive, and 6.5 mi west of Alva Post Office.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 168 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 102 ft, bottom of last opening 168 ft. [REPLACE AUTOGENERATED TEXT] Drilled, observation, artesian well, diameter 4 in., depth 168 ft, cased to 102 ft, screened 102 to 142 ft, cased 142 to 158 ft, open hole 158 to 168 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 13.12 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: top of casing, 15.52 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Dec. 1, 1974 to Oct. 1, 1995; top of 4-in. well cap, 15.59 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Oct. 1, 1995 to Jul. 23, 2009; X mark on top of 4 inch casing, 15.7 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Sep. 10, 2009 to Oct. 23, 2020; Mark on top of 4 inch casing, 14.98 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Nov. 24, 2020 to present.
