LOCATION - Lat 18°22'24.3", long 65°43'03.6" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Luquillo Municipio, PR, Hydrologic Unit 21010005, 0.21 mi (0.34 km) north west of Rio Pitahaya, 3.54 mi (5.7 km) east of poblado Palmer, and 0.28 mi (0.45 km) north of Luquillo plaza.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 29.3 ft. Upper casing diameter undefined; top of first opening undefined, bottom of last opening undefined.  
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 9.86 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of metal casing, 2.00 ft above land-surface datum, Nov. 15, 2016 to Nov. 17, 2016; Top of 2 inches metal pipe inside shelter, 4.11 ft above land-surface datum, Nov. 17, 2016 to present.
