LOCATION - Lat 39°14'21", long 108°15'56" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.30, T.9 S., R.97 W., Mesa County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 14010005, on left bank 100 ft north of Interstate 70, 0.5 mi upstream from Jackson Canyon, 5.9 mi upstream from Grand Valley project diversion dam, and 7 mi northeast of Cameo.

Oct. 10, 1934 to Feb. 27, 1958, water-stage recorder at site 3.0 mi downstream at datum 22.55 ft lower. Feb. 27, 1958 to Apr. 10, 2003, water-stage recorder at site 200 ft downstream at same datum.
