LOCATION - Lat 29°28'27.38", long 90°00'23.78" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in sec.24, T.18 S., R.24 E., Jefferson Parish, LA, Hydrologic Unit 08090301, located on Jefferson Parish waterline valve, near US Coast Guard channel light 43, approx 1.25 miles south-southeast of the intersection of Barataria Waterway/Bayou Cutler and Bayou St. Denis.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - June 2020 to present.
GAGE - Multiprobe water level recorder. Datum of gage 6.03ft below NAVD88 GEOID18.
REMARKS - Site affected by wind and tide. Satellite telemetry at station. Extremes may have been exceeded during period of missing record due to Hurricane Ida, 2021.
