- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 46°47'44.88", long 111°10'42.80" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 SW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.13, T.12 N., R.4 E., Meagher County, MT, Hydrologic Unit 10030103, on left bank, 15 ft downstream from ranch bridge, 1.0 mi upstream from Sheep Creek, 9.0 mi north of Fort Logan, and at river mile 83.7.
DRAINAGE AREA - 845 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - Daily mean discharge for Dec. 13-14, 2016 and Jan. 19, 2017 were revised on Apr. 5, 2019, after erroneous deletion corrections that prevented publication were removed.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1977 to September 1996, October 2006 to September 2007; October 2007 to October 2011 seasonal records only; August 2014 to present.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 4,400 ft above sea level, referenced to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.
REMARKS - Flow is slightly regulated by Smith River Reservoir. Diversion for irrigation occurs upstream of station.
WATER-QUALITY RECORDS
PERIOD OF DAILY RECORD - WATER TEMPERATURE: October 2007 to September 2009 (only seasonal record for water year 2009).
INSTRUMENTATION - Water temperature recorder was installed Sept. 19, 2007.
REMARKS - Daily water temperature records were not collected this season. Several unpublished observations of specific conductance and water temperature were made during the year.
