LOCATION - Lat 25°34'12.0", long 80°22'29.2" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Miami-Dade County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090202, on Black Creek Canal just East  of U.S. Highway 1  between US1 Dixie Hwy  and SW 112 Ave. in Goulds, approximately 3.5  mi upstream of gate structure S-21.
DRAINAGE AREA - Indeterminate however S-21 gates will open creating flow
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - June 2020 to current year.
GAGE - Satellite data collection platform with water-stage shaft encoder and acoustic Doppler velocity meter. Datum of gage is North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD 88) survey levels from a benchmark provided by the South Florida Water Management District, and 1.53 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.
COOPERATION - Miami-Dade County.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum gage height, 2.43 ft Nov. 9, 2020; minimum, -0.79 ft June 2, 2022.
