LOCATION - Lat 34°12'34", long 81°45'48" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Newberry County, SC, Hydrologic Unit 03050109, near center span on downstream side of bridge on US Highway 34, 3.4 mi downstream from Mud Lick Creek, 2.8 mi upstream from mouth, 2.9 mi west of Silverstreet.
DRAINAGE AREA - 224 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - Drainage area was revised on Jun. 23, 2020, based on a more accurate determination of the drainage area. 
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 1990 to current year. Occasional low-flow measurements, water years 1953-77.
GAGE - Data collection platform. Datum of gage is 359.11 ft above NAVD of 1988.
REMARKS - Gage-height records are generally good to fair. Discharge records are generally good to fair except for estimated discharges, which are poor.
