- For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
- For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
- For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
- Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

LOCATION - Lat 41°55'23", long 77°31'56" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Tioga County, PA, Hydrologic Unit 02050104, on left bank at Westfield, 800 ft downstream from Mill Creek, and 0.5 mi upstream from bridge on State Highway 49.
DRAINAGE AREA - 90.6 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - August 1983 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 1,337.14 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (from benchmark). Prior to November 4, 2024, the datum of gage was reported as 1,337.58 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Satellite telemetry at station.
COOPERATION - Station established and maintained by the U.S. Geological Survey in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
REMARKS - Daily mean discharge on Jan 19, 1996 of 5,400 cfs is an estimate. Peak stage of 11.10 ft on Jan 19, 1996 is from floodmark. Records are good except those for estimated discharge, which are poor.
