LOCATION - Lat 40°59'06", long 74°05'26" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Ridgewood Village, Bergen County, NJ, Hydrologic Unit 02030103, on left bank 15 ft upstream from bridge on State Route 17 in Ridgewood and 2.8 mi upstream from Hohokus Brook.
DRAINAGE AREA - 21.6 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR NJ-74:1971. WDR US-2011:2010(M). WDR US-2012:2010(P).
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Continuous-record discharge station, October 1954 to September 1974, and October 1977 to current year. Annual maximum gage, water years 1975 to 1977.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with telemetry and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 71.74 ft above NGVD of 1929 (levels from New Jersey Geological Survey benchmark).
REMARKS - Records fair, except for estimated discharges, which are poor. The flow past this station is affected by pumpage from wells.
