LOCATION - Lat 41°33'27.75", long 73°12'55.27" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Litchfield County, CT, Hydrologic Unit 01100005, on downstream left bank at Jack's Bridge Rd., 500 ft upstream from mouth, and 1 mi north of Woodbury.
DRAINAGE AREA - 26.8 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Discharge: October 1978 to September 1979, August 2000 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 249.29 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Prior to Oct. 1, 2000, water-stage recorder at same site at datum 0.26 ft higher. Satellite telemetry at station.

Water Years 2019-2020: Records good except for periods of discharge below 1.0 ft³/s, which are poor, and periods of estimated discharges, which are poor.

Lowest daily mean of 0.11 ft³/s also occurred on Sept. 16, 2010.
