LOCATION - Lat 43°02'29", long 71°12'06" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Rockingham County, NH, Hydrologic Unit 01060003, on left bank 100 ft downstream from Langford Road bridge, 200 ft southwest of Langford Road and NH 27/107 intersection, 1.0 mi west of Epping Street and Main Street intersection in Raymond, and 1.7 mi southeast of NH 27 and Deerfield Road (NH 107) western intersection.
DRAINAGE AREA - 55.7 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 2008 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Elevation of gage is 182.49 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988.
COOPERATION - New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services and USGS Groundwater and Streamflow Information Program.
REMARKS - WATER YEARS 2014-21: Records good except those for estimated discharges, which are poor.
WATER YEARS 2022-23: Records fair except those for estimated discharges, which are poor.
EXTREMES OUTSIDE PERIOD OF RECORD - Flood in April 2007 reached a stage of 13.97 ft, from floodmarks.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 4,340 ft³/s, March 15, 2010, gage height 9.70 ft; minimum discharge, 0.22 ft³/s, September 17 and 18, 2016.
